Young, of the moment, bold - these are all words that can be used to describe the essence of Missguided’s online presence. But how to translate that into a retail space? We at Vision On love a challenge and, as always, our teams really rose to the occasion.

In November 2016, Missguided branched out from online retailing and opened its first flagship store at London’s Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. We teamed up with our frequent collaborators, creative agency Dalziel & Pow, to capture the vitality of the brand and produce some of the store’s key aesthetics. Producing in-house and installing in-store, we crafted a variety of features over a period of six weeks. These included eight metres of printed canvas drop material which contributed hugely to the ambience of the space and complimented the façade of TV screens which were installed at the front of the store.

At Vision On, we pride ourselves not only on our creativity but also our technical expertise. Using this, we printed and produced canvas covers, along with their curved metal frames which formed part of the store’s interior and were dotted throughout. For the fitting rooms, we constructed curtain rails and voile curtains which were designed to be open or closed, depending on the effect needed at any particular moment. In the storefront, we fashioned emoji decals to reflect the fresh and fun attitude of the whole Missguided brand throughout the flagship store.
